TF-Technologies will bring its know-how and expertise within electronic control solutions and paving process digitalization into the group.
At the same time, the new ownership in FAYAT GROUP will enable us to accelerate our ability to offer high-end electronic and digital solutions in general to the paving industry.
TF-Technologies will continue to operate independently with its own product lines and continue business under its own name.
Current management spearheaded by Lisbeth Teilmann as CEO, will continue the management of TF-Technologies.
With the new ownership, TF-Technologies says goodbye to Karin Teilmann, VP Marketing, who is withdrawing from the company and pursuing new adventures abroad.
